Exhibitor Agreement
By submitting payment as a Prom Carnival Vendor, Exhibitor agrees to terms of agreement. Exhibitors will be admitted at 11:00 am.  All displays must be professionally set up by 12:15 pm.  All property must be fireproof or flame retardant. Booth décor, lighting, activities, distributed materials and solicitations must be contained within your assigned space or showcase area. Music, noise and announcements must be kept at a minimum volume. Exhibitors will not combine, share or promote any other entity without written permission from The Dress Matters. The Dress Matters reserves the right to remove any exhibitor for violations. Exhibitor will not transfer or cancel any or all of its rights herein. Exhibitor agrees to all protocol terms as listed in this agreement. This agreement shall become null and void if full payment is not received by December 1, 2014 (for partial payments). All payments are non-refundable. Exhibitor warrants contractual authority and personally guarantees compensation for exhibitor space. The Dress Matters will not be held liable for any delays occurring from accidents, fire, or acts of God. Exhibitor must obtain and maintain adequate insurance at its expense during the event. Exhibitor will provide proof of insurance upon request. Such insurance will be considered primary of any insurance covered by The Dress Matters. Exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Dress Matters, its officers, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, employees and agents against any allegations, demands, claims, liability, damages, fines, penalties, or costs whatsoever and whether by reason of death or injury to any person, loss of or damage to property arising out of or in any way connected with exhibitor’s participation in the Prom Carnival.
