Planning an outstanding bachelorette party is an amazing way to help your bride-to-be celebrate her last days as a single woman - a great chance for her to get together with all of her nearest and dearest. But what do you do when your bride-to-be’s social circle is larger than the average?

A bachelorette for a small group can be stressful, so planning one for a larger group comes with even more responsibility. How can you ensure success and a great time for your bride? Take a look at the following tips for planning a large bachelorette party.

Lock down the date and budget early

With a lot of people to organize, you need to get on top of things early to help make the planning process go as smoothly as possible. Send out a save the date to the bride’s guest list and give people an estimate of what the event is going to cost. You can even ask for people to pay a downpayment to secure their place so that you’re not left out of pocket if people pull out further down the line. Take a look at some brilliant bachelorette party ideas that are ideal for larger groups.

Set up an email or group chat chain

It’s easier to manage a bachelorette when all of the details are in one easy-to-find place. Whether your prefer to email or chat over text, create a chain that will help you keep track of everyone’s responses, and where guests can find information easily about the event. Ask the bride for everyone’s contact details to make sure nobody gets left out.

Keep everyone together

When it comes to a large group, it can be difficult to stop everyone separating. Some of the best ways to keep a bachelorette group together include booking a large house for everyone to stay in and having all of the activities and entertainment there, or you can book bars and restaurants that have one long table to stop you having to split the group up. A party bus is a fun and easy way for you to all travel together, ensuring that everyone arrives at the same time. There are some simple things you can do like games and activities that will help introduce everyone to each other and make everyone feel like a part of the group.

Be organized

With a lot of people to keep track of, you’re going to need to be organized for this bachelorette party. It’s helpful to have a folder of all of the important documents such as the itinerary, contact details, games, a sheet of names and faces and more. It will also help you to pre-collect money from all of the attendees to avoid hassle during the party and to make sure people don’t have to worry about paying for things on the day. Run through your plans with the other bridesmaids or someone you trust at least a week before to make sure nothing important has been missed.

Whatever your plan for the bride-to-be, make sure she has a bachelorette to remember. Get a useful reminder of must-know rules for planning a bachelorette to help make yours a success.

It's interesting to know that it will be easy to plan a bachelorette party if every party involved are in constant contact. My friends and I are thinking about planning a bachelorette party for our friends, and I'm looking for advice. I will ask for everybody's contact information to make sure we are all on the same page.
